REFINE POWDER (Recycled Vinyl Chloride Compound)
Recycled Material That Realizes Horizontal Circular Recycling
REFINE POWDER is a recycled vinyl chloride compound. It is comprised of approximately 40% polyvinyl chloride and plasticizer and approximately 60% calcium carbonate and other fillings recycled from carpet tiles. Many carpet tile manufacturers have adopted this extremely high-quality REFINE POWDER with its few contaminants and high purity. It is contributing to the realization of ideal horizontal recycling of carpet tiles to carpet tiles. Our REFINE POWDER is used in the backing materials of Eco Mark-certified recycled carpet tiles sold by major manufacturers.
It is also used in various other applications such as soundproofing sheets, building materials, flooring and automobile parts.

REAMIDE
REAMIDE (Recycled Nylon Compound)
Contributing to Solving the Problem of Marine Plastic Waste
REAMIDE is a recycled nylon compound. Its main raw material is used fishing nets. The problem of marine plastic waste is becoming more serious worldwide. Against this backdrop, the dumping of used fishing nets into the ocean is an issue that cannot be overlooked. We thoroughly remove foreign matter from the fishing nets we collect by cleaning and filtering them for REAMIDE composite nylon resin that has various excellent properties modified with organic and inorganic materials based on extremely high-quality recycled nylon raw materials. It is suitable for injection molding and has a track record on the market of over 30 years as a recycled nylon compound. The product is used in various applications. These include armrest core materials, center caps and door covers in the automobile field and vacuum cleaner straightening plates, switch covers and socket boards in the home appliances field.

REFINE POWDER and Carpet Tile Manufacturers
We use a carpet tile material recycling and horizontal recycling technique to manufacture REFINE POWDER from the packing layer of carpet tiles that have been discarded. We then provide them to carpet manufacturers as recycled materials.
REFINE SHEET (Curing Sheet)
REFINE SHEET is a recycled PVC sheet produced with REFINE POWDER. Curing sheets used when delivering and removing goods for work to remodel buildings and condominiums were discarded after being used only once until now. We have stopped the single use of curing sheets at sites we visit to collect waste. In place of that, we have developed and use a curing sheet that can be used over and over again. This curing sheet made with recycled materials can be used repeatedly after being collected and cleaned after use. In addition, sheets that have degraded are recycled into new sheets by converting them to resin again.
MORITO and REAMIDE
We have developed applications of materials for apparel, such as buttons, with MORITO Co., Ltd. REAMIDE is used for clothing and accessory parts made in MORITO’s C.O.R.E initiative to develop environmentally-friendly products.
ALLIANCE FOR THE BLUE and REAMIDE
ALLIANCE FOR THE BLUE is a platform to promote product development, joint research and social experiments with multiple companies collaborating to reduce marine plastic waste. We manufactured bags made with REAMIDE in Toyooka – the largest bag producing area in Japan.
